Just do it!
I think a lot of entrepreneurs get stuck in the information gathering phase and never accomplish anything. If you have ever taken the Kolby A index they measure things like your desire to gather information before starting on something. A lot of people in our culture our information junkies. They want information about anything and everything and think about other options that are available to them.
If you are going to accomplish anything in life you need to not only gather information but more importantly act on it. I heard of someone one time saying that when they pick up a book they quit reading after they get three good ideas from it and implement them. They said if they read longer they end up not implementing any of them.
That has often been true in my life. Just today I was reading about a Master’s degree for people that wanted to plant churches. I was thinking, “Just go out and plant a church.” Maybe get your Master’s Degree while you are doing it.
The world is filled with people who have great ideas, dreams of a better tomorrow and a vision of what could be. There are many less people who take action on those ideas, dreams and visions. If you are here looking for information and learning that’s great. If you are wasting time because you already know what you should be doing and your just not doing it then close this browser down and take action right now! Take massive, consistent action in the same direction and you will be amazed at how far you can go.
